Tax sales are held each month, generally from April through December. Sales are scheduled on the first Tuesday of any given month on the Courthouse steps.
Check in begins at 9am; tax sale begins at 10am. Registration is required for each sale.

SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE:
Access to the property information website will be unavailable intermittently Sept. 26 from 7 AM - 3 PM for scheduled maintenance. Payments can still be made online during that time.
TAX BILL NOTICE:
The first installment for county property taxes is due Sept. 30.
Bills for City of Atlanta properties in DeKalb have not mailed and will be announced at a later date. For assistance, please call 404-298-4000.
