DECATUR, Ga. – The DeKalb County Tax Commissioner’s office recently launched its redesigned website in October to enhance and improve online experiences for over half a million users each year. With a fresh new look and feel, the site is better organized, easier to navigate, and user-friendly.

“As we continue to focus on delivering quality customer service, I encourage taxpayers to explore the redesigned website at DeKalbTax.org,” said Tax Commissioner Irvin Johnson. “The updated site serves to help taxpayers find answers quickly, efficiently and accurately before visiting the office. It’s a great tool to learn about the tax office and the services we provide both online and in person daily.”

Finding information about property tax and motor vehicle services is now easier. Content has been streamlined to address frequently asked questions and service menu options are prominently displayed for easier navigation. Customers can easily search, start a chat, make payments, join the waitlist, make an appointment, renew vehicle registrations, learn about homestead exemptions, and more at DeKalbTax.org.
