Individuals moving to Georgia or moving from one county to another have 30 calendar days to register their vehicles.
You must notify our office if you have moved within DeKalb County or from another county.
An updated address on your driver’s license will not appear in our database due to the fact that we are not affiliated with the Georgia Department of Driver’s Services. Please contact us to change your address.
Vehicle Initial Registration (First Time Tag Issuance)
All vehicles that move upon the public roads must be registered and tagged within 30 days after you move to Georgia or within 30 days after you purchase the vehicle.
