The hiring team reviews all eligible applications and determines which applicants to interview. Only applicants selected that meet all the minimum qualifications will be contacted.
Meeting the minimum eligibility requirements does not guarantee an interview.
If selected to move forward in the process, you must pass our entry level assessment, which consists of a data entry requirement of 6000kph, a typing requirement of 35wpm, customer service concept skills, and receptionist skills. Once you pass both assessments, the hiring team will make a determination as to whether you will be scheduled for an interview. After the interview, selected applicants must satisfactorily complete all aspects of the training program. The details of the training program will be shared during the interview. There is a six month probationary period once hired.
