All Georgia dealers doing business in person must visit our Commercial Division located at 4380 Memorial Drive, Suite 100, Decatur, GA 30032

Out of state dealers are required to mail all transactions to the following:

No deliveries or mail will be accepted at our Satellite Offices

Title Processing:

• The following is required from Dealers when processing title work:
  • MSO or Title ($18.00 title fee)
  • Completed MV-1 application
  • Bill of Sale (required for all new vehicle sales and trade in allowances)
  • TAVT amount due – visit the Georgia DOR’s Tax Calculator
  • Any other supporting documentation
  • One of the following types of valid identification:
    • Any valid state driver’s license or ID card
    • US passport
    • US military ID – may be accepted with a valid GA or out of state driver’s license or ID card. Service members must also provide a copy of the military orders listing the Georgia duty station.
• If in person, you are allowed to process a maximum of up to four (4) transactions at one time. If you have more than four (4) transactions, you are required to pull another number after the first batch of four (4) is completed
  • Management reserves the right to limit the number of transactions based on staffing levels and customer volume
• Dealerships are expected to have all paperwork in order and ready to process at the time of submission
• Incomplete paperwork will be rejected

Registrations:

• Georgia driver’s license or ID card with current DeKalb County address
• Passing Georgia emissions test, if required
• Valid Georgia insurance
• Regular tag fee $20.00
