DECATUR, Ga. – Due to a power outage at the Memorial Drive tax office, in-person services are currently unavailable. Customers may visit the Clairmont Road or South DeKalb Mall office locations for property tax and motor vehicle services until the issue is resolved. The call center is open until 5 p.m. at 404-298-4000.
Property owners making tax payments can do so online at publicaccess.dekalbtax.org, by phone at 770-336-7500, or drop box at any three office location. There is NO FEE for paying by e-Check. First and second installments are due Sept. 30 and Nov. 15.
Motor vehicle e-services are available at eservices.drives.ga.gov. To find a tag kiosk, visit dekalbtax.org/kiosks.
