HOLIDAY SCHEDULE: Tax offices will close at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, Dec. 24. All offices will be closed Dec. 25-26 in observance of the Christmas holiday and will reopen on Friday, Dec. 27, 2024. Online property tax, DRIVES e-services and tag kiosks are available daily, weekends and holidays.

MAIL SERVICE ALERT: Due to ongoing USPS mail delivery issues, taxpayers may experience delays. Before cancelling a payment, please contact the tax office with payment concerns to avoid NSF and/or late fees.

DECATUR, Ga. – Due to potential adverse weather conditions, all tax offices and the call center will have a delayed opening Tuesday, Jan. 16 until 10 a.m. Please monitor local media for weather updates before traveling.

Property tax information is available online at publicaccess.dekalbtax.org. Motor vehicle e-services are available at eservices.drives.ga.gov. To find a tag kiosk, visit dekalbtax.org/kiosks.

For walk-in service, customers should expect delays. Appointments can be scheduled ahead of time or customers may join the virtual waitlist for same-day service.
