Due to potential adverse weather conditions, all tax office locations will be closed Thursday, Sept. 26 and Friday, Sept. 27. Online services are available daily, after business hours, and on weekends and holidays when offices are closed. For property tax payments by phone, call 770-336-7500; online payments, visit https://publicaccess.dekalbtax.org. For tag renewals and other motor vehicle services, visit https://eservices.drives.ga.gov/. The call center will be open from 8am-5pm on Thursday and Friday at 404-298-4000.
Any customer whose birthday falls on a weekend, or during a holiday closure, will have until the next business day to renew their vehicle tag without being assessed penalties.
We encourage the public to monitor their local media for weather updates and information regarding the state of emergency declared for all of Georgia.

If you made an online/phone payment by credit/debit card or e-check on Sept. 23, between 10:35am to 11:55am (EST), please check your parcel account for payment confirmation at publicaccess.dekalbtax.org. If the payment is not reflected on your account, please re-submit your payment. Accounts impacted by the technical outage on Sept. 23 will receive an email notification as well.
