DeKalb County Motor Vehicle offices will be closed Thursday, May 23rd - Tuesday, May 28th for computer system upgrades. However, they will be open Saturday, May 4th and Saturday, May18th for your needs. Property and Delinquent offices will remain open with normal business hours.
